MISSION:
The mission of the Hudson County Child Abuse Prevention Center is to promote the safety and well-being of Hudson County children by providing programs and services which develop and strengthen the community's capacity to nurture children and prevent child abuse in all forms.

Executive Director: Peter Herbst, MSW, LCSW
Peter Herbst joined HCCAPC in 1989. He is a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified Family and Marriage Therapist. Peter has extensive experience with non-profit agencies and 38 years of working with children in camping, athletics, education and counseling settings.

Kimberly Rhock joined the HCCAPC staff in 2005. Her extensive background with youth and her outgoing, friendly personality combine to make Kimberly a great asset to the agency and community
