MISSION:
The mission of the Hudson County Child Abuse Prevention Center is to promote the safety and well-being of Hudson County children by providing programs and services which develop and strengthen the community's capacity to nurture children and prevent child abuse in all forms.

Executive Director: Peter Herbst, MSW, LCSW
Peter Herbst joined HCCAPC in 1989. He is a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified Family & Marriage Therapist. Peter has extensive experience with non-profit agencies and 38 years of working with children in camping, athletics, education & counseling settings.
